How It Works
Each card presents a unique exercise, ranging from pushups to squats, with reps from 2 to 12. With exercises like wide, staggered, and diamond pushups for the upper body, and various squats and more for the lower body, every card is a new challenge.
Shuffle the deck.
Draw a card and perform the exercise and reps indicated.
Continue by drawing more cards and completing the exercises.
Feel the burn and see the results!
Four Workouts Per Deck
Each deck has four different exercises. The red deck focuses on the upper body with regular push-ups, diamond push-ups, staggered push-ups, and wide push-ups. While the blue deck targets the lower body with lunges, step-ups, glute bridges, and squats. This combination provides a complete workout designed to build muscle and improve overall strength.
Surprise Bonus Cards
Integrated into the deck are surprise workout cards (like burpees) that add a thrilling twist to your fitness routine, keeping the game fresh and exciting.

What fitness level do I need to be at?
Our decks are designed to provide a killer workout for anyone, from beginners to athletes. We include three different levels of difficulty to accommodate every fitness level.
Do I need any gym equipment or accessories?
We designed these cards to be used literally anywhere with nothing but a floor and a stepstool (for the lower body deck). You can also use a weighted backpack if you want to make the workout even harder.
Are these physical cards for just virtual?
These are physical cards because virtual would be lame.
Can I combine decks?
Most people use each deck separately, but the brave souls attempt the "Grim Reaper," which means going through both decks simultaneously in under an hour.
What if I'm too scared to try it?
Stop being a wuss and try the freaking deck.
What if I have an exercise I like that's not on any of the cards?
