First off - this workout set is rough, like the name suggests. Took me about an hour to do the upper body deck the first time, and about 50-55 mins for the lower body deck. There is a challenge card, stating there's 3 ways to do the workouts, all in an increasingly short time limit. So if you want a challenge, you'll get it for sure. Still just on level 1 on both, for now.
Decided to do each deck one at a time, because I wasn't entirely sure what to expect. Went with the upper body deck first, and found aside from the 2x double rep cards & 5-6 burpee cards - it's ALL push-ups, just 4 different variations.
Did the lower body next - was glad to see some different moves in there, for sure, had 2x double rep cars & 5-6 burpee cards, just like the upper body deck.
Bottom line - get it, and you'll get an intense workout, guaranteed.
